Hungover Staffordshire Oat cakes and Jam

I've emailed everyone I know to tell me things about jam, opinions and recipes. Here is the first response:

"When waking up too early after four hours sleep due to the consumption of two or three bottles wine, I find Staffordshire Oat Cakes, toasted, smeared with ANY kind of jam and rolled up to be a great help in falling asleep again. Helps to eat em with a fork."

I haven't tried this yet, mainly because I don't know where to buy Staffordshire Oat cakes and if they are one of those tricky cakes that live in the biscuit section of a shop, or not.
